Parking Ticket Early Resolution Request

If you have received a Certificate of Parking Infraction and you wish to attempt to resolve the matter, please complete this form.The Manager of Municipal Law Enforcement or their designate will be in contact with you to discuss the ticket. Please note:

Early Resolution requests are only permitted within 15 days from the date of the Certificate of Parking Infraction if you have not paid the ticket or already filed for trial through the Provincial Offences Officer.
Choosing to submit an early resolution request does not forfeit your right to a trial.
Upon submission of this form, your time to pay will be frozen until you are contacted by the Manager of Municipal Law Enforcement.
