Event Date: August 16, 2026 Rain or Shine
Set Up Times: Set up is between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:30 am on the morning of August 16. No entry through the road closure will be granted other than during these times. Vehicles must be set up by 10:30 am and are expected to stay until 5:00 pm.
Fee: The cost is $10.00 plus HST per vehicle due July 31, 2026 during registration. Fees are non-refundable.
Deadline: Applications must be received no later than July 31, 2026 at 4:00pm.
Acceptance: All applicants will be notified by email no later than August 6, 2026. Please note: you must include a valid email address on your application. Please be advised that classics cars built in the year 2000 or prior will be accepted, any cars built in 2001 or later unfortunately do not qualify for this event.
Insurance: Each vendor must provide proof of Auto Liability coverage with a minimum limit of $1,000,000.00 combined single limit attached to their application. Proof must be submitted on or before July 31, 2026, preferrably attached to the application.
