Event Dates:
- Ontario's Best Butter Tart Festival - June 13, 2026. Location: Harbourside Park. Hours: 10am-5pm
- Canada Day - July 1, 2026. Location: Little Lake Park, Rotary Stage. Hours 11am-9:45pm
- Music in the Park - Multiple dates to choose from. Location: Little Lake Park, Rotary Stage. Starting at 6pm
- Georgian Bay Waterfront Festival (NEW) - August 8 and 9, 2026. Location: Harbourside Park. Hours: Saturday 10am-11pm, Sunday 10am-4pm
Musician Fee: Please indicate your full cost for performance including any travel, insurance, hst, rehearsal, set-up, etc.
Deadline: Applications must be received no later than March 1, 2026 at 4:00pm.
Acceptance: All applicants will be notified by email no later than March 31, 2026. Please note: you must include your correct email address on your application.
Insurance: Each musician must provide proof of liability insurance listing the Town of Midland as an additional insured for Commercial General Liability with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 and Auto Liability coverage with a minimum limit of $1,000,000.00 combined single limit.
If musicians do not have their own insurance they must purchase insurance for the day of the performance. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided a minimum of 4 weeks before the event. The company listed below sells musician insurance, however, you are welcome to use whoever you choose:

Please note that Music in the Park performances require the musicians to supply their own sound equipment.
