For some sponsor levels, a Certificate of Insurance provided to the Town of Midland is a requirement and must be provided at least four weeks prior to the event date. The insurance must be a minimum of $2,000,000.00 third-party liability insurance naming the Town of Midland as an additional insured and providing coverage for the date of the event. The insurance component will be communicated to interested sponsors at the specified levels.
Please note that some sponsorship opportunities are exclusive, and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Thank you for your support and sponsorship of the Town of Midland’s festivals and special events! We will review your sponsorship form and will be in touch. Some sponsorship levels require an agreement be signed between the sponsor and the Town of Midland. We will forward an agreement to you for your review and signature, if required.
